My full fee is at $250 for a 50-minute session, and I exclusively meet with clients weekly rather than bi-weekly or on an intermittent basis. If this doesn't feel affordable, I recommend calling your insurance to see what portion they would cover for an out-of-network therapist. Alternately, if your employer or your spouse's employer provides Lyra Health benefits, your costs may be covered through them -- reach out to Lyra Health directly to ask about working with me.

I'm only offering virtual therapy as of 4/1/23. Does video chat work for you for therapy?
